Support options are as follows

Standard Business Hours 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday.
9:30 am to 4:00 pm Fridays.
Closed Public and Jewish Holidays.
Hardware & Software support and maintenance charge is available by quotation.

Standard Support Level Hardware

Fees are based on specific hardware, please refer to price list.

Medium Level Support Hardware & Software

This service is available Sunday to Thursday 9:30am to 2am, Fridays 9:30 to 4:00pm.
Terms and Conditions quoted on request for each location.

High Level Support Hardware & Software

This 365 x 7 x 24 service is available and is quoted on request for each location.

Hourly Fees Check Inn Systems

Out of Hours Check Inn Systems support is available at rates quoted from time to time
Phone and Remote support would be invoiced in 15 minute increments (or part there of).
Onsite support has a minimum charge time per incident of 1 hour and is then invoiced in
15 minute increments.
Travel time is charged at our standard rates.
